Always be growing, or die

What does not grow is D.E.A.D.

As we get closer to the end of the year are you reviewing the past year with thanksgiving or are you berating yourself about the goals you did not achieve? Be kind to yourself, look back and count your blessings and celebrate your achievements (I know you have quite a number), then promise yourself to do better starting now, yes now, not in January 2022.

Start where you are. Baby steps. What do you want to change in your life? Who or what can help you make this change? How can you get started? Who can help keep you on track?

Life is in constant flux, and you have to ride the waves and roll with the punches. Keep your brain young and healthy by learning a new skill. Research has shown that when you are learning a new language or any other skill, you teach your brain new ways of thinking and solving problems. You create new pathways in your brain and improve your memory.

In daily life, learning a new skill will boost your confidence and motivate you to achieve your goals. You will become more attentive to detail, the more you concentrate to learn and grow in the new space. This will improve your problem-solving skills, analytical skills, and therefore your decision-making skills.

Learn about: ways of making money, ways of growing your money, ways of stretching your money. Money makes the world go round, you cannot be a blessing if your coffers are empty. Money allows you to buy things that make you happy, so yes money CAN buy happiness.

Stay relevant, stretch yourself.
